One of Commerce5's new features allows customers to dismiss Commerce5 error messages within Counterpoint. After the Red Rook technician has installed the necessary Counterpoint modification, users will be able to find a folder in their Commerce5 folder called 'Dismiss Order Errors'.

Clicking and running the Load Current Order Errors command will query Commerce5 and retrieve any existing order errors which can then be viewed in the "Dismiss Errors" window.
In the Dismiss Errors window, all order errors will be shown. To dismiss errors, double click on the error you'd like to dismiss to go to the record view for that error.
In the record view, check the box that says "Dismiss Errors" then click the save button on the top left.
Email notifications will no longer be sent about the errors that have been dismissed.
