This Section will cover how to find the specific CounterPoint database name in CounterPoint. The MiSP will need this later.
1. Open Counterpoint.
2. Type in "User ID", "Password" and "WorkGroup ID".
3. Click OK.
4. Select search (spyglass icon in upper right-hand corner).
5. Type in and select "View Environment Settings".
6. Navigate to the "Database" tab.
7. Make note of the "Server name" and "Database name".
8. Close "CounterPoint".
Next, MiSP will need to find "Company Alias" inside "System Configuration Utility".
9. Open "Window Search".
10. Search for and select "System Configuration Utility".
11. Select "Companies".
12. Write down "Alias" name.
Note: MiSP will need "Microsoft SQL Server" user credentials(username and password) for the CPHive install.
